You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to make purchases on KidBolt. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices at the time of order placement will apply.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or unavailability. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on KidBolt, including product images, descriptions, logos, and QR story content, is owned by KidBolt and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. QR Code Stories
QR code story content linked to our flashcard products is for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser only. Sharing or redistributing this content is not permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
KidBolt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
