7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Eligible for Return

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product significantly different from description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sales

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at hello@kidbolt.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and approve your return request within 48 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address (provided upon approval).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster (1–3 days).

Return Shipping

For defective or wrong items, we will arrange pickup at no extra cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
