Tamar

Tamar entered Judah's family through marriage, but after losing her husband she was left vulnerable and waiting for justice. Judah promised that she would be cared for in the family line, yet the promise was delayed again and again. Tamar realized that she had been forgotten, so she took a bold and risky step to seek what had been denied to her.
