Noah
Featuring Noah
The Story
Noah lived in a time when the world had become full of violence, but he walked faithfully with God. God told him to build a great ark out of wood, and day after day Noah worked while the smell of fresh-cut timber filled the air. When the ark was ready, Noah, his family, and the animals entered just as God had said. Rain poured from the sky, fountains of water burst from the earth, and the ark rose above the flood. After many days, the waters slowly went down, and Noah sent out birds to see whether dry land had appeared. When they finally stepped out, Noah built an altar to thank God. Then God set a rainbow in the clouds as a sign of His promise never again to destroy the whole earth with a flood.
Moral of the Story
It's important to listen to God and trust His guidance, even when things seem uncertain. It also teaches us about hope, faith, and God's promises.
